RETURN POLICY

To initiate a return and obtain an return authorization, please use the RMA Request Form below and provide all requested information.

Return policy terms, conditions and eligibility:

THE LUXE PEACH's Return Policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
All returns must be approved in advance through the RMA request form below. Returns received outside of the allowed return window or without prior approval are not eligible for a refund.
All returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original and unopened packaging. We retain the right to refuse or reject any return if the product or product’s packaging is opened or damaged due to the fault of the customer.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping.
